Terms & Conditions
All orders are accepted by That Hungry Chef and are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations in this website are intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
Orders can be sent by telephone, post or via the order form on this website. All items are subject to availability and an equivalent alternative may be sent in its place if not available.
Orders will usually be despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. If you require express delivery please request via email and we will do our best to ensure this takes place.
Parcels will require a signature on delivery, our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address. You can view the delivery charges b y clicking here.
Any claims for non delivery, shortages or breakages must be made within two days of delivery.
We will accept any goods returned unopened and undamaged for a full refund. Return postage must be paid by the sender.
In the unlikely event that you have a fault with any of our products please contact the office on 0207 503 9058 immediately. Keep the jar or item and make a note of the batch number – all our products are handmade and each batch may differ slightly from the other.
Payment is by credit card basis for online orders and cheque or bank transfer for mail/wholesale orders. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We also reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
Reservation of Title
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment, by the buyer, of all sums due.
