Orders will usually be dispatched 24-48 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery before contacting us.
If you require express delivery please send an email to info@www.thathungrychef.com or telephone the office on 0207 503 9058 and we will try to ensure this takes place.
Parcels will require a signature on delivery, our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address or details of where your parcel safely be left.
Due to the weight of sending glass jars the delivery charge is set as follows:
- up to 1kg: £2.98
- 1-2 kg: £3.98
- 2-5 kg: £5.48
- 5-10kg: £6.84
For orders being dispatched to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands the postage will be from £12.99 according to your postal code area.
Currently we do not ship out of the UK, but if you would like to order any of our products from outside the UK, get in touch via email.
Any claims for non delivery, shortages or breakages must be made by email to info@www.thathungrychef.com within two days of delivery.
