Ingredients

  • 1 - Banana
  • 1 - Pear
  • 1 - Apple
  • 2 - Peaches
  • 1 tsp - Hemp seed powder
  • 3 tbsp - porridge oats
  • 2 tsp - goji berries
  • 1 tbsp - mixed seeds
  • 1 tbsp - almond butter
  • 200 ml - carrot & apple juice

Method

  1. Mix all in the blender and blend on full speed for 45 seconds!
