Papaya, Spinach, Blueberry, Mint Super Smoothie

Smoothies are all the rage these days, and rightly so. Easy to make, incredibly nutritious and very filling, these mega-meals in a glass are the perfect breakfast. Here I’ve taken a few primary ingredients and added a host of secret nutrients to make sure you get your dose of healthy happiness ever day. If you can’t get all the ingredients on this list, don’t fret. Just get as many as possible.

Ingredients

Smoothie
  • 1/4 - Papaya, seeds & skin removed
  • 1 punnet - Blueberries
  • 6-8 leaves - Spinach
  • 4-6 leaves - Mint
  • 1 tbsp - Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp - Agave syrup
  • 2 tsp - Bee pollen
  • 2 tsp - Hemp powder
  • 1 cup - Apple juice
  • 1 cup - Hazelnut or almond milk (can substitute normal milk or even soy milk)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients in the blender, Blend on high speed for about 45 seconds until you have a smooth, mixture.
  2. Divide into two tall glasses, sit back and feel the goodness fill your belly.
